Player & Family Advisory
A coach overseeing your player's development for 90 days.
For families navigating youth, travel, school, and high-school basketball with more clarity and less guessing. Local or remote, by inquiry.
Engagement
What the 90 days cover
Weeks 1–2
Understand
Intake with the player and family, game film reviewed in full, and the first version of the Player Development Plan.
Weeks 3–5
Establish direction
The plan goes into motion through the player's real environments, and what we're watching is named so progress isn't a matter of opinion.
Weeks 6–9
Monitor & advise
New film and activity reviewed as it comes in, with check-ins for the player and guidance for the family between them.
Weeks 10–12
Evaluate
A plain read on what moved and what didn't, then a revised plan and the conversation about the next horizon.
What you receive
- A living Player Development Plan, revised as evidence comes in
- Ongoing film review, not a one-time evaluation
- Guidance on program fit, role, and the pathway ahead
- A closeout at 90 days: a plain read on what moved, and what's next
Who it's for
- Families weighing a club, a team, or a season decision
- Players moving from middle school into high school basketball
- Players whose role changed and no one explained why
- Families doing a lot who aren't sure it's the right lot
Advisory is not a roster decision. An engagement never places a player on a team, and team placement is never the reason to start one.
How coaching works here: About →
Advisory starts with an inquiry.
Tell us about the player and what's in front of your family. A coach reviews every inquiry and replies with whether a 90-day engagement is the right thing, what it would involve, and the cost.
No public checkout. We take a limited number of engagements at a time.
