Development Team · FORMING

Development first. Competition when the group is ready.

MPBC teams are formed around players of similar age and developmental stage who share the commitment to keep working. We establish a fixed practice and competition schedule once the cohort exists, then adhere to it for the season.

Exploring a team?
Express interest so we can identify the right age, developmental stage, and commitment level for a cohort.

Teams

The first step is simple

When a team is active, the standard changes.

FORMING teams begin with interest and fit. ACTIVE teams have a defined cohort, a fixed schedule, and a current action such as requesting an evaluation, joining a waitlist, or contacting the coach.

How joining works

One Tell us where things stand Share the player's grade, current team or group, and what you are looking for.
Two Have a conversation We will talk through the player, the group, and the kind of challenge that fits.
Three Get seen in context When useful, we create a chance to see the player in a development environment.
Four Form the right group A team comes together when a strong core is ready for the right competition.

Team play sits on top of the development week rather than replacing it. A roster forms when a strong player core is ready for the right competitive challenge.
